This store is pure evil, they charged me $17 for a quart of fresh pack of ice cream. In general their menu has insane prices... that?s 2x higher than the rest and is always crowded and employees are overworked. It?s a RIP off store don?t ever go to thislocation. Read more

Came here two nights in a row and they were closed over an hour earlier than store hours. The second night an employee came to... the door to tell us they were closing (before 9:00pm when online says they close at 10:00pm) she was very rude and unhelpful. Icould see another worker inside who was already changed and ready to leave for the night. definitely won?t be going back to thislocation. Read more
Came in on my bday for my free kid scoop. Waited in the line for more than 10mins, about ten people in line. It was hot and no... a/c. The new worker, 2nd day on the job didn?t know what to do when I showed her my email. She said it?s her second day shedoesn?t know how to redeem. I told her just use the scanner. She used a different register and couldn?t figure it out. So Iasked her to do something about it and so she called someone maybe the manager and was told the machine was down and theycouldn?t do anything about it. Ice cream already scooped. No solution but for me to pay. I asked her politely what will you dowith the scoop of ice cream, she said she would have to throw it away or else she will get in trouble for giving it away. I evenoffered her my email to no avail. Thanks for ruining my day. Went to another Baskin-Robbins location on brookhurst and theservice was like night and day. I'm shocked. When did Baskin Robbins get so expensive? I don't recall ice cream being this expensive. Having said that you do... have 31 flavors. They also have other choices. I had a strawberry banana smoothie that was great, albeit pricey. Cool employeesat this location. Read more
