The service was pretty awful. For a table of 8 people, the server did not pay attention at all. Ordered beers, beers came in 30... minutes after order (5 min before the food). Even other tables around ordered after us, but got their drink way sooner. Foodwas normal, meeting minimum quality. Read more
Enjoyed the outdoor dining area, my mom was able to bring her Dachshund. The server brought him his very own water, so sweet.... The server was very kind. We had boneless wings and nachos- can't go wrong there. They were good. I also appreciated that theybrought out a snack of fresh fruit and a small roll for my nephew to snack on while we waited for our food. Read more
Well, since this was my birthday when I visited BJ's, I was a little disappointed! After all when you go to a restaurant for... your Birthday, you expect service, not to be sat at your booth then ignored for about 10-minutes (maybe it was my age? I wasn'tyoung enough for this location?) Finally, when someone came to ask me if I would like a "drink" I chose water and Iced Tea. When the server returned with my beverage, I told them I was ready to order, the server almost appeared annoyed as if I hadinconvenienced him/her. Maybe I am a little picky, but when you have been a server, you know how You like to be treated. Iproceeded to order my meal, which consisted of the Caprese salad, with Ribs, Chicken and a loaded baked potato! All I can say,is at least the food was good, since the service left a lot to be desired! So something that you are offered as a birthdayperson is the Pizooki! Which interesting enough the server that had waited on me at the time, only offered my two choices ofthe Pizooki, but when the other person arrived and had his meal he was offered a variety of Pizookis'! My mum wanted us to come here as a family because she enjoyed this place so much as a kid. I don't know if there was something... going on locally or not but this experience was everywhere. I could tell our waitress was doing her best but other waiters weredelivering our food and drinks. We had two drink mix ups our first round, maybe because it was loud. Then our salads came out.My father asked for ranch. He got Bleu cheese. He also asked for another drink w no ice. They put ice in it. The AC over thelittle one was dripping. When it came around to ordering everyone ordered their steaks different, but they all came out mediumrare. When dessert came around we were sure nothing else was going to go wrong but I asked for the monkey bread with no icecream, I can't eat ice cream, but I did in fact get ice cream. My wife and I stopped in for happy hour food the other day. Their pizza is way better than I remember, and personal pan pizzas... are half off during happy hour. The crust is fluffy yet crunchy, deep dish style, and had tasty toppings. We had the Whitesomething, it was alfredo and chicken, yum. Also, the chips and dip for $3 is a great value, and the guac was very fresh. Thenwe had the brisket topped cheeseburger with fries. Seriously bomb, and the fries are some of the best we ever had, very crunchy. Read more

Being on Main St is awesome except it doesn't feel very safe after the sun sets with all the questionable characterssitting right in front and all around. We had a great dinner as family visiting from out of state. We were celebrating an engagement and pregnancy announcement. At the... end of dinner, we were all saying goodbye as several of us were leaving for the airport. As we were saying our goodbyes, anemployee was incredibly rude and pushed past our family while expressing loudly that we were in her way. She did not have anydishes or food, just a broom. Instead of politely asking us to move or going the other way around our group, she was super rudeand disrespectful. Under the circumstances, it changed our very pleasant outing and we were pretty upset. Mostly because we hadbeen celebrating such a happy occasion and were really sad about our visit coming to an end. I really hope this employee canhave training to learn how to mitigate challenges without treating other humans poorly. Otherwise, our visit was great! Food andservice beyond this was very pleasant.
