The IHOP in downtown Huntington Beach has a great location on the corner. The outside seating is comfortable with a great... view. It?s dog friendly The tables were filled with families ( great fun food for kids - pancakes with icing (yum) seniors andfriends enjoying breakfast. The food was very good and presented well.
