Really bad experience today. My friend and I asked about the Triple Pho, and we were told it’s combination, then we both... decided to order that. The menu says thin slices $12, brisket $12, meatball $12, triple $13. We got charged for $26 for twophos. We ended up only getting the thin slices in our bowl. So we walked up and ask the girl who took our order, she was like“oh because you ordered thin slices”. We said “no, we ordered the triple, we asked you about the triple and then bothdecided to order that. Also we were charged for 2*$13”. We brought the receipt and showed it to her. And then she just keptgoing on how the receipt didn’t say Triple ( it says something like top xxx, not related to any of the menu items), and forTriple we need to pay $1 more. She shrugged and just said “sorry that’s what it shows in the system, I’m only workinghere”. And we were just trying to make sense why we got charged for the Triple price but ended up not getting Triple. Anotherguy seems to be working in the kitchen later came out and told us the menu price was changed a while ago, now it’s $1 more forthe pho. To be honest, I’m not sure how valid is this- for a restaurant that shows a price on the menu, charged you more“in their system”. At least they should have informed us about the price difference. I’m also not satisfied with theattitude of the girl just acting like the problems are on you, she didn’t explain the price difference, she kept going how youneed to pay more for the Triple, and how she is only working here so she doesn’t have to solve customer’s issues and addressfeedback. The food is okay, but I don’t see a reason you should ever go, spend money there and ended up not getting what youordered, not to mention with the price you don’t even know you’d be charged. This was a good place. Not the best pho I have ever had and the noodles were okay. It wouldn’t be my first choice to go but if... I’m in the area and I would try it again. They put it in a plastic bowl as well which I didn’t really like too much but itwas still good. Read more

Ordered the chef special and she immediately offered extra noodle. After she realized that I really like Pho, she also gave me... extra fish sauce and meat with my order. Great place. Highly recommend. Read more

The food here wa fantastic! They have a great menu with vegetarian options as well. You can choose from rice noodles or ramen... noodles and the type of meat to go in the soup. They also have bahn mi as well. We got the beef and the chicken pho. The friedchicken and shrimp wontons are also amazing! I think this place is only doing to-go right now and it took a while for the foodto come out since there was only one stressed out guy doing the orders and one probably stressed out person in the back doingtickets. By far the best Pho I've had. I ordered vegetarian pho with rice noodles and added fried garlic. Also ordered the delicious... chicken satay. I've been on the look out for great pho for 24 years.. That's right.. And found it finally at Phans55 located inPacific city in Huntington Beach. Well worth it to try this place. Read more
