How have I forgotten about Polly?s for so many years?? We used to come to this location when I was in kindergarten, and I swear... it hasn?t changed AT ALL since then. However, that?s a really great thing in this case. Their food is fantastic - big portionsizes, decent pricing, and amazing taste and variety. Worst place to eat EVER. I?ve been a long time customer of Polly?s Pies over the years it?s been declining in food quality and... customer service. They undercooked our food and when asked for it to be cooked more the kitchen decided that it was us who werewrong and yelled loudly across the restaurant that our pancakes are suppose to have batter in the middle. How does that make anysense? And when we approached a waitress to fix the issue she attempted to be funny by being sarcastic and was veryunprofessional. Ordered 2 pies for thanksgiving. The pumpkin pie and the apple crisp. Both were fantastic. Ordered about a week before... thanksgiving online and picked up the day before. The line was incredibly long but moved super fast. I didn?t want more than acouple of minutes to pick up my order. They were very well prepared for the large crowd pre thanksgiving. Read more

The employees here are awesome! Friendly, kind and helpful! We live in the area and all the years we've been here we've never... eaten at Polly's until this morning. Sooo glad we did! We really enjoyed our breakfast! The food was great! I told my friendabout it and she went to Polly's for lunch. She sent me pics of her food and was very pleased! Fried chicken dinner was very lacking in the flavor department. Also unsure if they forgot the gravy or if there was just such a... small amount it absorbed into the chicken/potatoes. It was also overcooked. I would try this place again but would ordersomething different. A bit overpriced imo. (With raising food costs though maybe I?m wrong) Read more

Fun outgoing attentive staff that welcomes you like family. Dine in or take out. Great home style hearty meals??

We came here because our usual place had a 30 minute wait...and we were won over! Great service. Amazing food. Prices were... wonderful. And this cinnamon roll was over the top good. We will definitely be regulars at Polly's! Read more
