The setting of Solita is great. The view of the fountains and water is calming and nice. The food and margaritas are... delicious. We love the roasted Mexican corn. They shear it right off the corn and put it in a plate for you. It’s perfectlycooked and seasoned. It’s always filled with friends and family enjoying the view and food. Tacos? Margaritas? Yes, please! Hubby and I randomly went to Solita Tacos and Margaritas while shopping around the Westfield... Valencia Town Center. We were greeted and sat right away. You would think we would order tacos, right? But we didn't. Instead,hubby got fajitas, and I got a quesadilla. But we did get some margaritas! Hubby got a watermelon margarita, and I got a bloodorange margarita. Everything was yummy and delicious. The service was great, and the food came out quickly. The ambiance wasinviting and cozy. By far, one of if not the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been to. The chicken tacos blew my mind, the margaritas are... exceptional, the service was exquisite, and overall this place is impeccable. I would highly recommend you come especially ontaco Tuesday.
