Ever since Covid, this place has gone down hill. Used to be quick and make consistent drinks. Now rude and every time I order,... my drink is terrible and they always blame Covid for their lack of customer service skills and barista skills. They just need toclose the lobby and stick to drive thru so they don?t have to interact with other people. Lazy employees is a result of lazyleadership. When I go to get my morning coffee, it should be a positive start to my day, instead I leave annoyed and frustratedwith a poor quality beverage. Read more
LET'S UPDATE THIS.... NOTHING BUT POOR ATTITUDE FROM THE BARISTA TODAY. SHE POPPED ATTITUDE OVER MY REQUEST SHE PUT IN THE... SYSTEM I'M USING A PERSONAL CUP SO I GET MY REWARDS. THAT'S THE POINT OF THE CUP... NOT A $.10 DISCOUNT. ASKED FOR THE MANAGERAND WAS TOLD NONE WERE WORKING, AND THEY DID NOT KNOW WHEN "EDDIE" WAS WORKING AGAIN. My favorite Starbucks! Everyone is always super nice here and ask how?s your day going. They always have my mobile order ready... on time and if you have an issue with your order they take care of it for you. Little hard to navigate the parking lot becauseit?s so small but if you do the mobile order you can park a little bit away from it and it?s much easier than setting in theline and waiting. Read more
Place is a mess. Always a lot of people standing around inside waiting for drinks and it takes forever to service people inside.... They seem to greatly prioritize the drive through. I placed a mobile order and was being patient due to the volume of peopleinside and 20 minutes after my pick-up time I decided to check on my order at the counter. Turns out they didn?t make my orderbecause they were out of pistachio sauce and didn?t find any way to communicate it to me. So 30 minutes after my pick up time Ifinally got my drink. Another mobile order was placed and they were out of another sauce and went ahead and made my orderanyways (better than waiting 20 minutes) and then offered me another sauce on the side. Not sure what I would do with sauce onthe side when they could have easily just put it in the drink. Finally, a 3rd mobile order was 20 minutes past pickup time andwhen the inside cleared out I checked with the counter and they didn?t even have my order. I did confirm it was to the correctstore. I showed my order to the barista and they made it but they made it the wrong size and missing the sauce. Barista was rudewhen I told her the order she remade for me was wrong. While I was waiting they told three other people they didn?t havevarious ingredients for their orders. Seems like poor inventory management when other stores in the area have thoseingredients. So I go to Starbucks every single day. And I ask for bacon egg bites double toasted please. Because they are really mushy if... they aren't double toasted. I've had workers who agree with me on this. So I go today and I ask for double toasted. The firstones were not double toasted so I politely ask can u toast them more. He said no cus you've handled them. I just pulled them outand looked to make sure the were right. He goes I have some here I'll toast. He comes back and said here. Mind u I go here everyday and this is unnecessary. The first ones are clearly not double toasted and the 2nd ones are burnt and he was straight rudeto me. I know how it's supposed to be. I go every day and get the same thing. It's Easter and that's how I get to wake up today.Never had any bad experiences at Starbucks till now. Read more
Horrible service, Stephanie specially she is so rude ,. It used to be one of my favorite Starbucks but sadly it's not anymore... because the drinks they make are horrible and the customer service is the worst. Read more
