Care and quality taken with orders is highly variable. Sometimes its good and other times they get your order completely wrong.... I ordered a latte and got a drip coffee with added milk. UPDATE 7/6/2022 - Ordered a blonde latte, got a latte with a bitterbrown frothed milk. Seems they were in a hurry and scrapped the bottom of the espresso machine. Worst latte I've had in months.The employees at this location just don't care. Read more
Starbucks has added lots of healthy drinks in addition to new pastries and coffee blends. Starbucks is always great, just plan... your visits out of peak time. I go to this location quite often the coffee is usually up to Starbucks standards. But for some reason the customer service here... is terrible I feel like most of the employees have a bad attitude. When I?m in there, The employees talk at me, not to me- theywill yell from across the room ? we will be with you in a minute ? and dont make eye contact, smile, or show any kind ofpoliteness with sincerity. When they finally do get around to helping me , I feel like I am disturbing or interrupting them, mypresence is an inconvenience and they just want to hurry up and get me out the door . I just feel like Starbucks prides theircompany on customer service and this location has shown hardly any positive customer service.. The only reason why I go to thislocation is when the location on Bolsa Chica and heil is either closed or their order ahead app is unavailable. As someone whodrinks Starbucks as much as I do , I would expect to be treated with a little bit more humanity. Today I felt compelled toleave this review because two girls went out of their way to make me feel extremely uncomfortable , And that was upsettingconsidering every time I walk in this location I try really hard to give the employees the benefit of my doubt. Fast drive thru experience. My pumpkin cream.cold brew was the best one I've had yet. Little tricky, you think, am I going to... KFC?? But no, the only drive thru is for Starbucks. Read more
Wonderful! We went through the drive thru and the barista at the window was very nice and fast! She was also very patient when... my mom couldn?t find the card she wanted to use. Highly recommend! And our drinks were made perfectly and are delicious! Read more
