Went Friday night around 7:30. There was no one in the restaurant except one employee pretending to clean the floor, but really... just talking on the phone. Waited at the counter for several minutes before this same employee decided to get off the phone andstep behind the counter. During our order, he informed us there was no more white rolls. The only good thing about this visitwas that we discovered the sushi place next door. But will not be returning to this Subway again. Read more
My favorite sandwich place. My preference is Spicy Italian. Bread is always fresh not stale, that makes for the great sandwich.... Much better sandwiches than at Togos. Read more
The woman was very nice but had a hard time following me. She heard grron pepper somehow (jalapiños,red onion,and pickles) and... when I corrected that she put the peppers back! It was a chicken teriyaki and the peppers touched the hot ingredients. Puttingthem back is a serious no-no. Cross contamination anyone ? Also the next sandwich was a 6 inch steak and cheese and I catch hermaking a foot long. I just paid for the other half as I was hungry. Poor thing just wasn't processing English very quick. Every time I drive by this store, I remember the time the lady cut the sandwich and the bread crunched (because it was stale).... She paused; then, looked at me and told me "that (crunch) is because the bread is fresh." WTH ... seriously? They lost mybusiness ever since. Still makes me laugh, but not in a good way. lol. Service was fast. Food was good. Michael was great. Great customer service. Sandwiches were all so yummy.
