I get my son lunch here a few times a week. Miguel is fantastic; he always greets us warmly, and he works really hard on his own... in the mornings. He knows our order by memory and always gets it right. One time a few months ago, my card was declined, and heallowed me to get the sandwhich and come back to pay the next day. Got the protein bowl. Said same as if you make a 6 in sand. The amount put in wouldn't have filled a 6 in. She was new maybe... that was it. But...it cost more than a 6 in! Should have asked first. Bad luck with this S W every time I go. Read more

Absolutely Terrible. I get the same wrap every single time. I?ve been to 50 different subways all over the country and it?s... always the same. This lady gives me half the amount of meat and says that?s how it is. I say it?s supposed to be more and shesays no this is how it is and if I want the ?normal? amount I?ll be charged for double meat. Terrible service. Terribleattitude. $5 foot long subs are made on a huge and thick bread. They put lots of lettuce & tomatoe and give you cheese if you want some... but they're stingy on amount of main ingredient. Not for me. I'll go somewhere else next time. Read more
I must have been at another retail location nearby, because I certainly did not visit Subway. The bread is always subpar, skimpy... on the fillings, and everything tastes the same to me. There are plenty of other good sandwich shops than this chain. Read more
It is extremely disappointing to find a Huntington Beach Subway restaurant operates worst than the stores in Santa Ana. So sad... that's true. This store has horrible customer service. They absolutely do not care about the customers that walk in the doorany more than the sloppiness they present you at the make table with everything they have managed to intermingle (you ask foronions, you'll get some olives and lettuce with it). Everything is tossed all over the place, it's ridiculous. Expect to getan average sandwich here without asking for special instructions. They are rude about accommodating anything you ask for. Askfor something extra, they put a pinch, ask for more and hear grief about how they have requirements on how much they can use foran individual item. I seriously do not get it how a store can operate like this. The veggies do not appear as fresh andappealing as other stores either. This store ultimately sucks and shame on the management/owners turning a blind eye andletting a Huntington Beach store operate like this. It's a disgrace to the community. Read more
