Clean and very friendly staff. It's further than the closest Subway to my house, but it's well worth the drive.

These folks are nice. My only real gripe, which is more of a Subway issue than this location's, is their failure to participate... in corporate promos. It's frustrating to walk into a restaurant and ask for a certain promo only to be told they don't do thatone... On the positive side: Orders via the app are easy and I've never had issues. I think the recently installed shelves fororder pickup are a great idea. Read more

This is a neighborhood subway so not usually busy but not a lot of employees either. My order was 28.00 plus tax. If I'd... ordered on the app would of saved $5.00 so learned a lesson. Read more

Employees are not nice. They will mistake your TYPE of sub as your TYPE of bread. But the biggest issue comes down to management... and training for customer interactions. Coupons are coupons , and if they are accepted then they should read and understand itproperly and double check before charging the customer. Buy one foot long and a drink and get a footlong of equal or lesservalue for $0.99 means that a $5 sub plus a $2 drink and the second sub that is $5 or less should now be $0.99, making it $8total. Yet they'll try to process your coupon as $0.99 off a footlong and then try to argue saying that it was what the couponwas for when it is not. And following the incorrect entry and wasting time to take forever to process a refund, they did noteven offer compensation as other chains such as McDonald's does. Gee your employees messed up and you don't offer anything ornot even a sorry. This is not a way to run a business. Avoid this place. Read more

Franchise owner Ken esfahani is very cheap and when I told him how much money I spend at his location he was willing to lose a... customer over a silly coupon one day expired. Oh yes he offered to take it next time and just this once lol like I've alwayssaid bend a little for a loyal customer or lose 1000s on future business. Poor poor choice!!! Now we will order elsewhere. Read more
