This taco bell is right by where I work and the people are nice they get my food to me quick and it's consistent
This place deserves zero star. The guy named Junior claimed he?s a manager, was rude, talked underneath his breath and answered... me in a firm arrogant tone of voice when I couldn?t hear him with the music so loud in the store. He walked away while helpingme without saying a word but pointing at the credit card machine telling to pay there. He never came back or gave me myreceipt. When I asked to speak to the manager, he claimed that he?s a manager with no name tag, burst out laughing and made adancing bow when I told him that he was rude and told to complain to the Taco Bell corporate. Horrible experience..worst location is on Magnolia in H B..the orders are wrong 90% of the time and the manager is aggressive... and not helpful. Tells you the order is correct when it isn?t. One person took my money then another came to the window andwanted me to pay again..crazy people here!! Read more
The app said the Mexican pizza was not available at this site, but they had posters in the windows.? The drive thru was packed... so I chose to walk in. The new layout is confusing with the self help terminals. Who do you see? The counter person or theterminal? I want my drink cup so I see the counter person. Luckily they took my order. But whether I get my food faster at thewalk up or drive thru or terminal I couldn't decide although I suspect drive thru was fastest. But if I didn't go in I'd nothave saw the new iced tea. The portions are skimpy. If you enjoy eating carbs with a smear of meat. Then taco bell is right for you. I took a... bite(crunchwrap supreme) and immediately took it up to the counter and showed what appeared to be a spot of smeared beef. 3individuals approached me with a that's the way its made explanations. I politely asked. Who of you 3 is in charge? Thegentleman in the manager shirt and tie said nothing. The cashier who took my order was silent. However, the woman who preparedmy ordered. Took the roll as manager and stated that she was. Clearly she was not. However manager guy was not up to the taskand allowed a subordinate to do his job. By far the worst Taco Bell i have been to. Deserves 0 stars. The customer service is terrible. No one assisted us in an empty... dining room. They made eye contact with us but we were still ignored, and they were so rude when they took our order. Our foodwas not even good, sloppily made and rushed out to us. Good food as per the usual. Part of my order was messed up in error and fixed right away but that could have been either one of... our errors. I have ordered the same combo for several years though. Burrito ???? wrapping could use a bit more care as myburrito that replaced my original order was blown out on one side and covered in red sauce. I still ate it, don't think I didn't????. This Taco Bell has the utmost disrespectful and disgusting customer service. My husband went there with my card and I forgot to... unlock my card- so it declined naturally so he calls and we fix it then the manager takes the food back like out of his handsand says to my husband that he doesn?t have any money. Instead of waiting two seconds for the card to be able to be used.Absolutely horrible. All the while the lady (I wouldn?t really call her that actually) helping him refused to re-run the cardin front of him and all the employees were laughing. So disgusting.
