Fries are soggy, quality of food has diminished
No star. The most disgusting wings I?ve had n my life. I wasn?t able to drive and I called Uber eats. Then I called the store... and spoke with a manager. I told him and he said I made the wings???? at that point I knew I wasn?t getting a refund. If youwant to use a sick day at work go there. I had lemon pepper and a spicy blend. I used to live in Baton Rouge Louisiana and I missed those good restaurants over there when moved to California because of the... bad weather. When I heard Wingstop had started business a few years ago, I also heard it's also in Louisiana and maybeeverywhere in the US, so I decided to try this. Everything in there is very good but particularly, I liked the fries made inIdaho style which is cooked the best! The service is friendly especially when I'm honest with them over the mistakes eitherthey or even I made! I came here often. Keep up the great work! Hope this location stays because it's close by! My spouse and I order from here quite regularly. Their boneless chicken have consistently been crunchy flavor bombs. Our faves... are lemon pepper and spicy Korean. Sometimes the fries come delivered soggy but only bc the bag is closed. I did a pick-up thelast time and the fries were crispy. Just gotta let some air flow in. Their soda machine is the one with a touch screen and hasa loooot of drink options. I love their simple yet modern setup. Haven't had an issue with delivery thus far. I was pleasantlysurprised by how big their carrots + celery were. Compared to BWW, theirs are gigantic and made me feel better about my friedfood consumption. The chicken tastes like chicken. Which is great if you had to catch and kill a chicken for some strange reason. But if you went... to the effort of ordering chicken at $1 a piece that was seasoned. Then you feel a bit bewildered. It was not seasoned. Butthen it happened again. And again. I started asking for seasoning. It was like the kid who is their didn?t know what seasoningtypes were available. I don?t know either. I just read the menu. Luckily i asked for more seasoning. Which i then used at homeon the wings. See picture. I had two meals ordered. One of them was almost correct. But they mixed the sides. Not a big deal.Really.
