Drive thru service is horrible. Please check your order before driving off. Menu is misleading and says carne asada fries are... 11.99 when my total came out to be 15.07 and cashier just said it?s taxes. The person who took my order at the drive thru wasalso very rude cutting me off before I can finish my order. I was very skeptical they took my order right since they cut me offand they seemed defensive when I asked about the price. When I get to the drive thru I check my order and who would?ve known? I went to their location on Santa Fe and Florence and the food was very mediocre. I ordered 2 combination plates and asada... fries. When I picked up my 2 plates they were both missing rice so I asked the cashier and he said they didn't have any at themoment.....isn't that something you should tell a customer before they order something that's supposed to have rice??? thesecond issue is that the beans are blan and NOTHING was hot, it was barely luke warm.Lastly the asada fries is literally fries,beans, NEON GREEN WATERY GUACAMOLE and UNMELTED SHREDDED CHEESE. Literally the light sprinkling of cheese that's placed on topis cold, no attempt to melt...or I could be wrong and this is just their version of carne asada fries that's supposed to be likea crunchy taco with cold cheese topping.
