I ordered through the Charley?s app and food was never delivered. ReOrdered the same day and food was never delivered. Called... the store and they said the couldn?t do anything about it. I thought that was strange saying that I ordered through their app.Terrible customer service which lead to nowhere. I am still out of $76 without any help from the manager at this location or thecorporate office. No help what so ever!! They have lost a valuable customer who would order at least once a week.
