I ordered through the Charley?s app and food was never delivered. ReOrdered the same day and food was never delivered. Called... the store and they said the couldn?t do anything about it. I thought that was strange saying that I ordered through their app.Terrible customer service which lead to nowhere. I am still out of $76 without any help from the manager at this location or thecorporate office. No help what so ever!! They have lost a valuable customer who would order at least once a week. They tend to have good sandwiches and also the pickles always taste fresh. Which I really appreciate that the ingredients do... have a fresh taste. Fast and really love their flavored strawberry lemonade. Read more

Good steak sandwich and fries but the ranch and cheese and bacon toppings were too salty
I cannot in good conscience tell my fellow cheese steak lovers that this Chicken Philly Cheese Steak sandwich is on par with... Jersey Mike's. However, it's better than subway, but that's not saying much. I might even go as far to say quiznos isbetter. Here's the facts: - Messy open sandwich presentation -NO seasoning on the Chicken or bread I repeat NO seasoning????=average sandwich - Bread was average - Cheese was average + Good portion of meat though On the plus side, I did try theultimate gourmet fries, and they above average and inexpensive. They were good, I don't have a pic because I ate all of itlol. I would love to raise the stars on my review, as I want to support, but I encourage this restaurant to step it's game up,because I'm going back to Jersey Mike's. ?? Read more
