Their customer service needs to improve. It was a cloudy overcast day in Los Angeles and i was craving a nice hot coffee. I... asked if thet had fresh coffee, the girl at the register said no fresh coffee, what they had been sitting there since 9AM, itabout to be 1PM. 4 HOURS of coffee sitting in the pot is not good, she did not even ask me that she'll make a fresh pot ofcoffee, any restaurant or coffee shop would of made a fresh pot of coffee. I ordered Pupusas and we all know it takes a fewminutes max. 10 or more. Yet she couldn't make a fresh pot of coffee while i waited? I still yet have to travel the Pupusas. The pupusas are actually pretty good. A homeless guy walled in and sat next to me, the employee saw it and never asked thehomeless to leave. Small mom and pop place. Great service and the food is literally made to order. The huevos rancheros was good.

Service is great and the owner makes feel you feel like you are at home. If you like spicy salsa, they make a delicious red... sauce. I have never gotten sick from eating here. There ensalada drink is delicious. Read more

It's okay. It's actual homecooking, so it may take long to get that plus other home cooking issues as the actual family that... owns it runs it. Even the ambiance is like if someone made a restaurant out of their house. If you're REALLY homesick....here'syour place. Read more

If I could rate this 0 stars , I would. I ordered a pupusa and it was raw after waiting about an hour and then I ordered a... cheeseburger and they gave it to me with the deli paper still stuck on it with the cheese melted over it(the deli paper). Therewasn?t even customers there So I don?t know what the excuse was for not focusing on my food. They literally had one job. I washigh too & they just killed it. I didn?t even get a refund .
