The worst customer service ever... They get mad when I tell them what u want and they can't here me... Or when I wanna use a... coupon they take forever to answer back ... Well today i was there and got my food thru drive thru ... Came back to work .. Andas im eating I can see what apears to look like dirt with a piece of hair and lettuce on it .. The best service I've ever had from all the Jack in the Box restaurants! I've never seen a busy staff maintain their composure... and service for customers. The staff always thanked the customers and asked if we needed anything else when they handed us ourfood order. Great job!!!!! Read more

Been coming here for years, hasn't let me down yet. I've only used the drive thru and always late night. Service is good. Only... con is choosing what side to go to for the drive thru, the line can go either way. Typically I chose the Pacific side for thedrive thru. Read more
Honestly very disappointed on the serving size. They even asked for combo size and I asked for a medium. Not only did they skimp... out on the portions but gave me sweet tea versus my request of unsweetened so I had to throw it away. The chicken was goodthough at least the little bits they gave me. They also didn?t have my receipt ready after I paid I had to ask for one andwaited minute(s) to get them to print one out. I do understand it?s a fast food restaurant but that should never be an excusefor low quality service. I hope they improve their methods because jack in the box is highly reputable for being consistent. Read more
I ordered a Buttery Jack with swiss and bacon large combo and a Munchie Box. It took about 8 minutes to receive my order and my... burger was cold and the cheese partially melted. The french fries were cold also. I tried to eat it, and took a few bites, butdecided that it wasn't right to get cold food. I took the food to the front counter and told the staff about my food being coldwhen it was given to me. A woman said, 'you ordered 13 minutes ago.' I responded, yes, I ordered 13 minutes ago, but I justreceived my food less than five minutes ago and it was cold when I got it. She told me to throw it away and that she would onlygive me a small fries to replace my large fries. She was very passive aggressive and condescending towards me. Read more
