This is my first time ordering papa John?s in years. I placed an order online today and called the restaurant to add an... additional item to my order. After waiting an hour and half I decided to call the store for updates on my order. I was told thatthe driver came out but that I didn?t answer. I explained to the manager that I?ve been waiting in my living room this wholetime. She then stated that drivers call first and if the customer doesn?t answer the phone they don?t come to the door. I askedher why, she said because if we don?t answer the phone first there?s no way for the driver to know if they?re delivering thepizza to the right house. I told her that didn?t make sense, being that you have an address. And you can verify that the momentthe customer opens the door. Valerie was beyond rude, I?ve never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. Shesaid she could send out the same cold order that had been sitting at the store or she could void the credit card charge. I wasso appalled by her tone and aggressiveness that I told her to void it. And when I said I needed an email confirmation she hungup on me. I called back and asked her if we got disconnected or she hung up, she said she hung up. When I asked her why shewould do that, she said she had orders to take and didn?t have time for this conversation. She said if I needed furtherverification I could drive over to the store tomorrow, and ask the other manager for a receipt. I picked up an order I placed online and when I get there one of the pizza did not have an ingredient I had payed for. Before I... get home and daughter throws a fit I made sure to go back and ask to please fix the mistake. First time I order something through uber eats with them. Staff didn't do a good job on giving out the complete order. Called... the store and was told by the girl who answered the phone and was told they had the rest of my order there but that theycouldn't do nothing about it. So there goes my money on the trash.
