First time going in, Pizza made to order. Really the thickness of the dough, not too thick or thin. Like it. They have fried... chicken fingers other than the usual wings. Chicken fingers are pure white meat which my wife really like. Order 2 regularpepperoni, 6 chicken fingers that include French fries all for $28. Reasonable for a family of five. Read more

I didn't order the customized pizza w pepperoni P3NI5 shapes at Pizzaroni but that's exactly what I received. Last Friday night... I attempted to call in my order for a normal large pizza (dialed 5+ times in a 30 min timeframe) but to no avail as theestablishment takes their phone off the ringer (maybe too many orders for them to handle?) I walked in to order my pizza (to mysurprise the parking lot was empty which was odd due to them not answering their phone) and needless to say the customer serviceis unprofessional and lacking any friendly demeanor. I made no mention of this because after all I can imagine how stressful itmust be to work fast food. I paid for my pizza and was on my way. Upon opening up the pizza I realized the pepperoni had allbeen arranged to look like what appears to be phalluses ON EACH SLICE- I said nothing but the rest of my party couldn't help butto point it out and it was confirmed to me that it was done purposefully. Is this an option that you provide Pizzaroni? Employee who decorated the pizza needs to rethink their career choice and go to art school perhaps! Read more

Pizza is good and close to home but really disappointed on the Service. workers are working like snails at their very own pace... so I can say slow service Very upset their advertisement sign says fresh and ready but everytime when coming no pizzas are neverready and have to wait more than 15 min. I should have sticked with pronto pizza since they always have pizzas ready to go.While waiting I notice females workers socialize more than getting helping the customers. Definitely last time I will be comingto this pizza place. Advise the owner and manager is to train their staff or team a lot more and I can say this store needs morepractice/ training on customer service. Read more
