This location is a joke. Closes well before their ?Closing? time. Always out of items... from staple flavors, toppings and never... has malt powder for malts. Last time I was there could not believe how dirty it looked. Don?t waste your time going here. Read more

Worse expirience!!! Took Family out for Ice Cream just to get kicked out of the shop.... What kinda customer service is that?... Jason on the night crew on 8/31 was extremely rude and had no customer service skills.... Never again will I shop at that DunkinDonuts/Baskin Robbin. Read more
I went thru the drive thru, ordered ice cream just the same way I always do... 2 scoop ice cream, in a waffle cone with whipped... cream and nuts. When I got to the window, the girl made me repeat my order, got my ice cream. Right before driving off, shesaid, "just so you guys know for next time... we don't do the whole whipped cream and nuts." No idea what she meant by that butbesides that, my waffle cone was so stale and when I bit into it, it had little hairs. I started to break the cone apart, itsbreak off had hair in it. I brought my daughter and her friend for ice cream at 8:00 pm Sunday 11/8/15. I wish I had asked for a refund! The ice cream... did not taste right at all, and didn't even have the consistency of ice cream?? The cookie dough ice cream crumbled like stalebread. Open tubs of ice cream, sitting around for who knows how long....won't be going back. Didn't even get a receipt, so Ihave to wait for it to post at the bank to balance my account. Read more
