I worked at this establishment for 3 non consecutive years, and might I say there were ups and downs. The management wasn?t the... best at times. If you needed a day off at the last minute or even in advance, the next day that you were scheduled for you wouldget a text saying ?you don?t work today? or you have day off?. That?s very frustrating especially if you get up at 3am to getready for work and then get that message at 3am. So I?d basically wake up and get ready for no reason. Also the iced coffee andtea would be reused and stored in the fridge overnight if it wasn?t used last night. So if your coffee ever tasted nasty in themorning, it?s probably like 16hours old. If you want fresh coffee best time would be in the afternoon cause fresh coffee willhave been brewed. Next, The employees are not allowed to accept tips anymore because the manager thinks that he should be ableto keep the tips for the work that was done by the employees, while he sits in his office doing who knows what. The only time Iever saw the manager do any work is when we were short staffed. I do not recommend working here, I also don?t recommend drinkingthe iced coffee in the morning. Lastly, breaks. I never got any breaks and I?ve worked anywhere between 6 and 10 hour shifts.I?m pretty sure that?s illegal. Also if you had to go to the bathroom more than like 2 times then the manager would get mad thatyou are going to much. But like I?m sorry that I?m working so much and staying hydrated that I need to pee? like what?!? So nexttime you apply or visit this dunkin or maybe any dunkin remember this! Read more

If i could give 0 stars i would. I have never worked at a dirtier more disgusting and disgraceful dunkin. I just moved to... Huntley and came from a very well trained dunkin the whole county wanted my manager to be the mayor. Rajs store in Buffalogrove. Everyone is a family there, I?ve memorized customers orders like our regulars and we always always welcome new people andtry to memorize theirs too if they come enough.I got here and I was just shocked. I found a mosquito in the ice my first day Iworked here. This Huntley place is awful and manager is horrible at running the store, no teamwork, they use old food that hasbeen sitting there for hours and hours the coffee is gross, I was working at BG dunkin and we made food fresh, cold brew issupposed to be made fresh they make it at another store and bring it here, they only have 1 working oven so no wonder you neverget your food fast, the place is always so dirty and smells everywhere. Leaking sink in the back it?s always slippery, so manyhealth violations the inspector came in and only that day we had specialty donuts, only that day the store had to be spotless.Only that day we had to put things in certain spots so we don?t get complaints. I can vouch for everyone working this place andit needs to be shut down I mean it?s just disgusting. I heard from a coworker that the manager tips off the inspectors too. Nolids ever on the refresher drinks and when I asked my coworkers why there are never tops they said because it?s faster but yetyour supposed to shake them before pouring. DISGUSTING SO GROSS AND NASTY. That?s why i put my 2 weeks in. I tell my family notto eat or drink ANYTHING from here so I don?t think you should either. Read more

I went through the drive-thru yesterday morning ordering a dozen assorted donuts. I?ve done this in the past, no issues.... Yesterday I received 12 donuts all heart shaped with pink or white frosting. Not a fan. No long johns, nothing but hearts. Whowants this, It was Feb 19th, not 14th. The heart shaped donuts are smaller as well. My husband told me to call but what wouldthey do, tell me to come back? Take care of me next time? Writing as it still bothers me today! Avoid ruining ur day by going to a different dunkin!!! These guys r rude!!! Everytime I get hash browns from here are overcooked... and COLD!!! employees seem to train not to care or greet to customer. I hope dunkin send mystery shoppers n fix this location. Read more
Came into the drive through at 6:15 PM and one of the employees throwing out garbage walked towards my car and told me ?we?re... closed? in an extremely rude tone. The website, the app, and the door say they close at 8. I would not have questioned it ifthe employee was much nicer. Read more
