The worst vanilla ice coffee ever. Everytime I get it from this McDonalds, even when I ask for extra vanilla it tastes like... burnt coffee and no vanilla taste. Or it's brown water with ice. Then they charge extra for the extra vanilla to try and maketheir nasty drink the way it should be. Worst Worst Worst made ice coffees at any McDonald's I have ever had! I spend the extra EVERY time on additional flavoring in... hopes that it will taste like something other than brown water! I end up going home and putting my own creamer in. I keep goingback only because the ladies in the drive up every morning are the nicest. This location is a little bit farther from me than the one on Randall, but I greatly prefer it. Their staff is ALWAYS friendly... and accommodating and they move their lines quickly. At most I think I've had to wait 5 min and they typically give us an extrafry or some snackadoo as an accomodations since we are there so often. I think in the four years I've been in the area usingthem I've had a mix up maybe twice and I can be a pain with no onion/pickle/egg They are all amazing and I want to thank them.:) Read more
If I could give negative stars I would. The manager Anna that work in the afternoon is extremely rude and very unprofessional. I... work for doordash and have been there plenty of times picking up through the drive through. If they "don't" allow dashers to gothrough the drive through, then she should have had a headset on as most management does at fastfood places to stop her employeefrom allowing me to pull up to the window AFTER providing the dash code. Hope that aren't that rude and mean to others forsimple mistakes that could've been avoided if the manager was doing her job properly. Read more
