I don't know why some people hate on Starbucks. It has fantastic coffee, the service is great and I love using the app.

Went through the drive-through and was waiting for two drinks and a cake pop for over 15 minutes. The crew inside is slow to... work! they have more than enough staff to get a simple order done. To the manager or owner or in charge of this location youguys need to do a lot better when it comes to the drive-through and even inside of the store. Your staff is extremely slow fortwo drinks and one cake pop. The car in front of us literally ordered one drink and it took them over five minutes just to getit in their hand the cashier didn?t even know what she was doing! Seriously the worse Starbucks.
