I walked in to get a coffee I ordered online. Only to find out I ordered at the wrong location. One of the staff/maybe manager... was very kind and made me my order on the spot! She deserves recognition as she did a phenomenal job and took care of me. Thankyou! Read more
Went through the drive-through and was waiting for two drinks and a cake pop for over 15 minutes. The crew inside is slow to... work! they have more than enough staff to get a simple order done. To the manager or owner or in charge of this location youguys need to do a lot better when it comes to the drive-through and even inside of the store. Your staff is extremely slow fortwo drinks and one cake pop. The car in front of us literally ordered one drink and it took them over five minutes just to getit in their hand the cashier didn?t even know what she was doing! Seriously the worse Starbucks. Went in through the drive thru not busy at all asked for a VENTI refresher, got a grande instead told the lady about the mistake... ( i wouldnt have mind paying the difference) the lady went in their and exchanged the cup BUT filled up the venti cup with ALOTof ice, you can feel how heavy the drink is because of it i should of just stayed with the grande cup if all she was going to dois fill it up with a bunch of ice, very dissapointed wont be going their anymore Read more

This Starbucks location is excellent. But, my ONE STAR rating is for the new, Grande Iced Carmel Cloud Macchiato drink. It costs... the same as an iced caramel macchiato but there is so much milk froth, that when the frost settles you have about a half a cupof coffee left over. What a rip off, Not only for this gold star member but anyone who buys this cup of coffee. Avoid at allcosts. Read more
