I ordered a caesar wrap with no chicken and no tomatoes. I got a bowl of lettuce, tomatoes, and croutons with a sticker on top... that said it was supposed to be a wrap. I was the only customer in the store, and somehow, I have never received an order thatwas so so wrong. I feel conned that I just paid $10 for a bowl of leaves. Read more

Their smoothies should be called chunkies! Not blended at all! I could see every ingredient?was horrible! Lake in the Hills does... a much better job. What a waste of $25! Read more

I?ve ordered the chicken pesto flatbread at least 20x. Last 3x it was horrible! Soggy, all pesto, no chicken. I threw it out.... Not sure what?s going on. New employees? Figured I?d try it one last time..same awful. Disappointed & will never go to Huntleylocation again. Read more

Went here once and got a bahama mama smoothie and there were plastic shreds in it. Couldn?t even drink it

It?s amazing how many times you can order the same wrap and each time it?s completely different. Never have this issue at any... other location. This time I ordered a hummus veggie wrap and there was just hummus. No veggies, no rice, no beans?just warmhummus. Smoothies are great though. Read more

Every time we order from this location they manage to miss something on the order. This time we ordered through door dash and... the thai chicken wrap had no chicken. I called the store and the girl said I could either drive out to fix it or call doordash. First off, it's not door dash's or any delivery services responsibility to get the order right. They don't make it, .Second, driving out to get it fixed defeats the purpose of ordering delivery. I would waste time (the drive and wait) and money(delivery costs I already paid) to go to the restaurant. When I asked for the most obvious solution to the issue, refunding thatitem, she said no manager is available to help. I'm extremely dissatisfied with how this was handled. I would recommend adifferent location as the food is still good despite this locations poor response to my issue. Read more
