Called Wednesday night approx 8pm placing curbside pickup for 2 for $30 dinners. Picked up the order and returned home. My wife... finally were able to sit down around 9pm. When I opened the carryout tray that I ordered I was taken back to see the steak Iordered was almost to the point being well overcooked and was so disappointed that I placed it to the side after taking onebite. The steak was to have been prepared cooked medium. With it being late and after working all day and into the evening mywife and I decided to follow-up with my concerns the next day. Placed a call and spoke to the manager explaining my concernsrequesting not demanding something be done to correct the situation. His reply was " Well you should have returned the order " My reply was explaining that with it being late at night I felt best to call back Thursday to speak with him. He said again "you should have returned the order " My wife and family have always enjoyed dining at the SW location often and any concerns wehad were quickly addressed and resolved immediately. Stoped by for lunch. There were 3 of us. Had everything from pasta dishes, to steak, to salad. Everything was well plated, and... the steak was exactly as ordered. My only complaint, and it is small one, it took a couple of extra minutes for the manager seatus. In his defense was during an off time. Sure it wasn?t crowded, but prep is a thing. We had the best server, Lauren! She made our dinner experience amazing tonight! We had bad service at the NW parkway Applebee's... so we decided to check the SW parkway and we definitely were beyond satisfied!!! Food was great and service was awesome. Our waitress is to be admired, she is a roll model for all waitress and waiters. She put... up with my less than polite mother who has dementia, if you're not familiar dementia patients are frequently hostile for noreason. Our waitress continued to provide exceptional service in spite of my mother's behavior. Read more

Not a lot of people, but the service was a little slow not really complaining about that. We had the $5 Tipsy Shark and Sunset... Mana Rita which were good but they needed another shot in it to really make them GOOD! Read more
Applebee's used to be the place to go. Over time things do change, and Applebee's definitely has. The quality of the food, the... service, the atmosphere in general is just not what it used to be. Not to mention that the food was absolutely awful. No flavor,and presentation was awful. Definitely not worth the money by all means. When we visited the one in Huntsville about a week ago,it had been at least 3 years since we've been to an Applebee's. And wow have they gone downhill. Very disappointing as this iswhat I grew up eating as a special treat once in a while in our family. Read more
