Food is always good. Service is fast. There were only two employees working when I went there tonight. They were doing an... exceptional job. I commend them for showing up & working. The owner needs to make sure he takes care of those employees that areshowing up & going above & beyond. I wish I'd gotten their names. I hope the people that are dining out are being nice to therestaurant workers that showing up & doing their job, providing you the food that you don't have to go home & cook. This is a pretty good Burger King. I subtracted one star because they're off and out of things. They were out of coffee and tea... for at least two weeks. They are frequently out of various items. Read more
Order me a PLAIN BURGER and a SENOR coffee for breakfast but got PLAIN biskit instead. Not complaning thouhgt becuase the... biscuit was so good.Change up my rotine was a pleasint suprise. Read more
This location is almost always on top of it! Very nice, very friendly and very fast. Note I'm usually going through the... drive-thru only. But the burgers were delicious and piping hot. Staff is always very friendly, and they act like they want to bethere. Which is a good thing these days. Unlike the location on whitesburg, this is the Burger King to go to. Read more
Getting about as bad as McDonald's!! Why advertise "Iced Coffee" and never have it when ordering? ???? Waited for 20 minutes,... just to get cold food and a flat diet drink instead of the Dr.Pepper I ordered. The management has never been understanding orhelpful and apparently can't remember "Burger King, your way right away!" is the mission statement, not just a saying. Read more
Nasty attitudes, lazy workers, and a very nasty atmosphere. Takes FOREVER to get your food and 9/10 ITS WRONG OR COLD!!... Bathrooms are nasty and stink as soon as you walk in the doors, the dining area is ALWAYS nasty. It's simply a waste of time andmoney PERIOD??????????? Read more
They are extremely short staffed. 3 worker's. Customers can be extremely rude during these situations instead of understanding... that the crew is moving as fast as they can. Read more
