Supposed to be open until 11pm. Sat at drive through from 7:50pm until 8pm and then proceeded to window. Knocked many times... before getting employees attention only to be told that ?I?m closed I have to be back at 5am?. Turn off the lights and changeyour hours on google then. I normally visit here on Friday nights after practice is over At Huntsville Speedway around 10 pm my go to is the spicy chicken... sandwich but if I don't get there and order before 10 pm they refuse to make it...they will not make it during the last hourthey are open!!! Told me it takes a lot of effort on their part to produce the finished product. I don't argue with the guy butit doesn't make me a happy camper. I stop every week on Friday same guy at the window taking the order. I just don't get this but otherwise it Burger King lol!! That is all.. Read more

Cashier courtesy was fine, food was not! Half hot, half not and my burgers tasted as if they had been prepared already. Update... flavors for soda machine...didn't even have cola syrup, terrible! Read more
They did not have onion ring dip. When they opened the drive thru window the stink rolled out, so bad I started to say... nevermind, did not get my drink, I pulled to the side and called inside and told them where I was parked, I'm handicap and Itold them and they said I would have to come in to get it, I couldnt!! It would not allow me to give them a 0. First I ordered a combo, they informed me that drink machine was out of order the shake... machine was out of order the slushy machine was out of order and only thing I could get with my combo was a cup of water! Thisis atrocious being that I am paying almost $10 for a combo. Secondly I ordered a whopper with cheese cutting thank you cut inhalf when I got to the window the burger was already made which made me very skeptical. I looked at the burger and it was burntblack on the top and wall on the bottom dried out. I asked for the manager and I asked him if he prepared this burger, he statedyes. He was of Mexican ethnicity and he was very rude and very unprofessional. I considered getting the burger remade but hisattitude was so foul I did not trust it. No disestablishment I?ll Jordan Lane need to be shut down immediately. I went thereyesterday and they were closed out for some unknown reason. He made me so upset I took the ketchup packs and threw them back inthe window which definitely took me out of character. My husband went inside to order a to go order. After 15 minutes, he got the food. Our orders were wrong even though the receipt... was correct. Honestly, we've never been to this Burger King and gotten the right order. Ever! Read more
Ordered a number 2 number 5 croissant meals and got french toast stick meals. Called back to get corrected order and the lady... that answered the phone said it was a number 4 that was ordered and not a number 5. I dont eat french toast sticks so I know Ididnt order that. I tried to explan that but the lady wanted to argue. I didnt even get to the part where they dumped one orderof tater tots upside down so it was mixed up in the excessive amount of sticky condiments in the bag. I can only assume thiswas a mistake or done on purpose because it was ordered about 30 minimum before breakfast was over. Condiments received 3syrup, 9 ketchup, 1 mustard, 4 strawberry jelly, 4 salt packets, and 4 pepper packets. I will be posting this across mysocial media platforms as a reminder to check your food.
