I wait to provide reviews until I've been somewhere at least three times. Chick-fil-A product quality is not the best but it's... not the worst. The fries from this location are routinely cold and soggy. Biggest issues are the service. I usually use the appto order. When doing curbside, we ended up waiting so long that my 2-year-old niece who was promised Chick-fil-A fell asleep inthe car waiting. It was about an hour. I had to go inside to figure out what was going on. They told me to come back in in 15minutes even though I told them I had a sleeping kid in the car. Everyone was pleasant enough to talk to you but somehow thereis a breakdown where the order is either incorrect or there is incredibly long wait times for curbside or pickup. Read more

While returning to work I stopped by Chick-fil-A to grab some lunch to go. I ordered the #3, Chick-fil-A eight piece nuggets... meal. This combo meal came with eight piece nuggets, waffle fries and a drink. The combo meal cost $6.89, the total came to$7.51. I got the meal to go so I could enjoy the meal after returning to my office. The staff was very friendly and the mealcame very quickly. It had been some time since I had eaten at a Chick-fil-A so I had high expectations since I have frequentlymultiple restaurants that have various types of chicken on their menu. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. The chickennuggets were small child size bites that were more breading than chicken, the waffle fries were cold and the Powerade beveragewas watered down. I have seen long lines of vehicles often backing up traffic on the street queued and waiting to place theirfood order through the drive-thru. WIth the meal I received it was not worth waiting in line for. Needless to say my mostrecent trip reinforced why I had not returned to a Chick-fil-A in so long. There is Wing restaurant less than to minutes fromChick-fil-A has an extensive menu of wings and tenders that are far better quality and quantity. For $12 at that restaurant youcan get ten large fresh meaty tenders that is substantial for two meals. Unfortunately due to the poor quality and quantity anChick-fil-A it will be even longer before I return, if I return to try their chicken again. First time visiting your location. Was very shocked with presentation of my chicken add egg. It was smashed and had no egg ..... The problem was corrected very quickly. Save a 3 stars with a 4. This location used to be fast and good food. I did originally give it a 5 a while back but I've changed it because of how long... the wait is every time. Also the fries are either overcooked or old. Each time they are not too tasty to eat and end up in thetrash. The chicken minis are usually smashed to the inside of the box and the hash browns are too hard. Missing sauces. I justsat in drive thru for 40 mins. I place my order on the app to try and speed it up but it doesn't matter. I'm gonna try slimchickens from now on since it's close also. Read more
