This was the absolute worst experience I?ve ever had at Cicis As much as my family loves cicis this was the worst ! We will... never come back here!!! They do not prepare the food with gloves! You have to request for pizza to be put out (fresh) even whenthe manager that was on duty seen & continued to walk back & forth without preparing or having her workers prepare more food!This was TERRIBLE! Once requested for fresh pizza she gave attitude & also refused to do so . This was a horrible experience! Iwill also be reaching out to the health department due to a very nasty environment. The bathrooms were not clean my nieces couldnot properly use the rest room . Also we did not get our money worth!! No gloves were ever used!! Very disgusting !!!! The food tasted good, but that was the only good part about our experience tonight. First, we were told that I couldn?t have a... cup for water and I HAD to buy a drink cup or bottle of water. Then, the buffet was down to less than 2 pieces of pizza threedifferent times while we were there. There were 10-12 tables of people and they would put 3-4 pizzas on the buffet, they wouldall get taken, then there was another long wait for more. Finally, they have expanded their arcade section and now include gamessuch as basketball toss, which were very loud. I love the food, but we won?t go back to this location again. Read more
The manager, a nice, pleasant young lady is why I gave the 5 star review rating. There was a problem with a pizza I ordered and... not only did she make me another one, but allowed me to keep the one that wasn't made correctly. She actually exhibited acaring attitude and friendly disposition, something that's getting harder and harder to find. She was also polite andprofessional. I highly recommend this Cici's pizza. Took my girls soccer team to CiCi for our end of the year celebration. Horrible experience. We had to wait over 10 minutes to... be allowed to enter even though the room was empty because the staff was ?busy.? Then the buffet was EMPTY because a restaurantknown for its buffet was focused on ONE BIG order TO GO at lunch time on Saturday. Second, they told one of the team familiesthey had to leave because they order a pizza and not the buffet (there were no signs or verbal indication that you had to leaveto eat a single pizza). Also, the buffet was never stocked let alone with the good pizzas. I had fond memories of this placefrom my childhood that I not going be able to share with my kids. I have been going to CiCi?s in Huntsville for over 10 years and always have a Great experience. The current manager Brandy and... all of her staff are always super polite. Brandy has added spinach and pineapple to the salad bar and that is really nice. Iusually order a speciality pizza with extra cheese and Brandy always greets all of her customers with a smile. Brandy charged 50cent a piece for hot bottled water and was rude because I questioned about cups for ice. She stated in a rude... way that she couldn?t give cups for water. The water literally was so hot like it had been in a hot trunk all day!. We orderedspecialty pizza which we never got. And the workers didn?t have nets and the buffet was empty because they kept making to goorders. Instead of taking care of the ones in the lobby. Horrible experience! Read more
The restaurant was disgusting and had a strange smell! The floor looked like it had not been swept or mopped in days. We had to... step over used balled up paper towels and food every time we went to the buffet. About the ?buffet?? when we arrived and got ourfirst plates (from the little bit of pizza that was available), all of our pizza was hard and old. The salad bar was out ofranch and looked like it had been sitting out all day. Needless to say we didn?t eat a salad. A couple of big families cameshortly after we did and the cook couldn?t keep up with the pizza. The restrooms were disgusting and the ceiling tile close toour table had mold growing on it.
