Best thing about this specific Cold Stone is the staff. Every time I go in, they are always friendly and smiling, and generally... happy to help you. Only downside is I've had to start ordering smaller sizes. No matter what size I order, it always seems toonly fit in a "Gotta Have It" bowl. Really clean place too, given all the COVID news. So I placed an order for pick up for Sunday evening and we had a cinnamon allergy and I called to let the store know. They went... above and beyond to make sure that it was taken care of!! 100% recommend this store! They even left a little note on the icecream that shouldn?t have cinnamon and put the ice cream that had cinnamon in it in a completely separate bag! Read more

Great customer service busy restaurant

Went here over the weekend. Great flavors and amazing workers! I ended up getting the strawberry milkshake and it was phenomenal... the whipped cream on top was a nice treat! Only reason I am not leaving a 5-star review is because I went to place my keys andwallet on a table for a second and when I picked them up I realized the tables were extremely sticky. I am giving one star for the ice cream. Beyond this I was baffled. As my husband and I waited in line all 3 servers had no... gloves and only 1 had masks. 1 young employee walked in after us and started working without washing his hands. The other youngemployee was sweating and kept running his hands through his wet hair and putting his cap back in while scooping ice cream andworking cash register. The young lady serves our ice cream and was asked to put on gloves before serving our ice cream and shewas okay with this. I could hear the customer behind us ask the young man who helped them next to please put on gloves beforeserving their ice cream as well. All 3 workers appeared to be in high school which is okay but it seems there is an opportunityto train again including good hygiene and washing/changing gloves in between using cash register and serving people?s ice creamand also when starting a shift.I believe Jones Valley can be represented better.
