I’ve eaten here many times and have yet to be disappointed. The quality of steaks here are above average from anywhere else.... The staff is very attentive and well trained. From the appetizers to entrees to desserts it’s the whole package. I took aclient today and they were blown away how amazing the entire experience was. Keep up the good work. Read more

Terrible experience and will not return. After waiting in the heat for 45min, our party of 7 was seated outside. There were two... tables available and we took both. We asked if they would push the tables together so we could keep the party together, we werepromptly told No. We asked if We could push them together, we were again told no. This outing was for a 90 year olds birthday, and they eagerly and effectively kept us apart. We asked for the manager again, we pleaded our case. We have a 90 year oldbirthday girl here, my family is from out of town and us moving the tables would not block the fire exit. We were told by themanager that the floor was not suitable for moving the tables, after this was said I looked down to see napkins holding thetables steady. So, screw Connors and their management. Rant aside, the food was pretty good. They make a decent NY strip steakand their calamari is honestly one of the best I've ever had. Our server, although new, was extremely attentive and helpful.Only issue was he forgot my soup (Lobster Bisque) and we were still charged. Bathrooms were clean and the ambient sound wasn'ttoo loud or annoying. So, I appreciate Connor's ruining a 90 year old lady's birthday, you guys went above and beyond to ensurewe don't come back. Holy smokes people. Get here. It's just that good. Five stars doesn't cut it. Seven stars. Maybe Eight. Their Chilean Seabass... is really one of the top five things I've ever eaten. And I eat good, folks. The couscous alone was worth the trip. Couscous! You know the bland little nothing that you never pay any attention to? Every bite was amazing. It was herbaceous and it has justa few garden peas and some lightly cooked red bell pepper and those two things with the herbs gave it a mouthfeel on par with areally good IPA, while being refreshing and aromatic but somehow still subtle. I had no idea this stuff could be so good. Butthat seabass... Wow. I seriously... That first bite... One of the best bites I've ever had. It was smokey, it was so juicy Idon't even understand how it's POSSIBLE... And it has a perfect crunchy crust and still somehow melted in my mouth. I could cutit with my fork with no effort at all but not one bit of juice leaked out until I pierced it. The seasoning was perfect. I cannot think of one single thing that would have made that plate better. Not one. I mean I could go on and on. The crab cake wasfantastic. The lobster dip was hands down the best I've ever had. The crackers that came with the dip... flat out phenomenal. But if you want to know how good that meal was? I ate around 3. Late lunch. I didn't eat again that day because nothing else inthe WORLD would have been good enough to follow that plate. I will be back. Do Not. Do Not miss out on trying this place. Butget a reservation, they were packed. For good reason. If you don't have a reservation... You will not regret waiting for thisquality of food. Read more

My girlfriend and I had a really pleasant experience here. We didn't have a reservation but the high chair tables and bar are... first come first serve so we got to skip the wait. We had lunch, I had the sirloin and she had the shrimp and grits. We also hadthe deviled eggs appetizer. Those eggs were intense in a good way. But if you don't like truffles they are not for you. For $16that sirloin was a steal. It tasted as good as, if not better than, $60 steaks I've had around Huntsville. My girlfriend enjoyedher shrimp and grits, although she did think the grits were a bit dry. I tried them and didn't quite agree. The service was onpoint too, I must add. I think this is a fine place to have lunch at and recommend it. Read more

This meal was great. There was no wait so we were seated right away on the patio. The ultraviolet lemonade was made with violet... gin. It was beautiful and tasty, but strong for a light drinker such as myself. I had the fried green tomatoes as an appetizer, which were good but can't beat the ones in Charleston, SC, lol. The crab cake, fried cod and loaded baked potato were very good, great quality and presentation and large portions. The strawberry shortcake was the icing on the cake, pun intended! It was thebest I've ever had and more than enough for two. I will be back! Read more

My wife and I ate dinner here last week after a long absence. We rarely seem to get over this way, but have enjoyed the food... here for years. If anything, the quality over time is surprising, especially in the Huntsville area (where so many places falloff after the training crew goes home!). I have to wonder if their ownership set up helps keep people engaged and dedicated. Mysalmon was terrific, the service was very good and our overall dining experience splendid. Reservations are highly recommendedto avoid a long wait. Read more

We had a good experience. Nice decor and set up. Savannah our server was fabulous darling. Very busy place on a Thursday night.... Make reservations. Some people were walk ins and were told an hour or so wait. We had reservations thank goodness. Anyways, bread and butter were delicious. For appetizer, we had Voodoo shrimp which was good and spicy. My first wife had the grilledchicken and loaded baked potato with spinach salad. She loved her spinach salad and baked potato and grilled chicken but goatcheese topping not so much. I ordered the New York strip with loaded bake potato and salad. All very good. Steak was cooked tomy desire. My wife took my baked potato. I got maybe one bite maybe 2 bites out of it when she confiscated it. Oh well, happywife happy life. We also had the chocolate mousse cake. Delicious but chocolatey rich. Pace was somewhat slow but my wife lovedit because we got to conversate more. Bathroom was ok. No paper towels. Definitely recommend and will return to Connor’s. Read more
