We have been eating there for over 10 years and never had any problems. The past 7 visits my broccoli was so undercooked and I... asked repeatedly to cook the broccoli to finish. Never done. My country friend steak always has no gravy on it, when it does itnot enough. I always have to get an extra side. The people who work the front store absolutely wonderful people, caring alwayssmiling and are right there when you need them. Curb side is great, fast and on time. Read more

The food was good had a bit of a wait considering the times of few workers. They still let us know of the wait time. God us in... quickly. Had a great servers. I love cracker barrel's food most of the time but lately I haven't been able to get them to cook my steak very well at all. This... state was supposed to be medium. It's actually two steaks both were supposed to be medium one came out burnt the first time tookan hour to get our food. The other was bleeding without even being cut into so I sent it back ask them to just cook it longenough for it not to be bleeding but not to overcook it and it came out burnt also. Read more

We were visiting from out of town last week and came here just wanting to get some comfort food we were familiar with. It was... wonderful but that was mostly because of our waitress, Destiny. She was one of the best waitresses we have ever had at aCracker Barrel...and we are frequent customers whenever we travel. Destiny was very nice and always had my husband's drinkrefilled immediately without him even asking for a refill which is a great feat because he drinks his Diet Code very fast! A solid ok. Chicken BLT is quite good. Biscuits and cornbread not warm enough to melt butter. Fried okra is institutional - no... seasoning. Hashbrown casserole tots are neat idea but just order the casserole. Chicken fried steak always good - with warmgravy. Struggling with staff shortages. Servers working hard to wait tables and bus the dirty ones too. 20 minute wait butrestaurant not packed. Read more
