Pulled to the drive through 6 minutes to closing, just wanted 2 vanilla cones, but was told they weren't accepting orders at... that time. Not even 30 seconds before we pulled up a car went to the drive through and placed an order. I can understandshutting down the grill to clean early, but just basic ice cream cones would seem to be something they could manage. Read more
Quite, Jerry, and Traci provided absolutely EXCELLENT customer service. They were friendly, and overall awesome. My order had a... slight hiccup and they all came together and fixed it. I am throughly impressed. I will definitely be coming back!!!!!! Read more
Avoid at all costs. You WILL get some kind of food born illness. The vats are wiped down with the same paper towels they dry... their hands with, the grill looks disgusting, and the ice cream machines are not properly cleaned. The amount of health codeviolations you can see when you walk in are outstanding. Horrible management, poorly trained staff, and even worse customerservice. The people in drive-thru are rude, and are so lazy, they don't even give a proper greeting. Read more
Gave me melted ice cream for $5 and said they couldn?t flip the blizzard. You do not take a card behind the counter and then... disappear for 3 minutes, that?s shady and that?s how people have cards stolen. These are the people that give everyone in theservice industry a bad rep Read more
7/1/2022 The manager was very nice, but not the young lady at the window. In addition to that these were two of the sloppiest... burgers my daughter and I've ever had. If the manager wasn't so nice and the lobby was open I would request money back. Read more
This used to be great place to get icecream in the eve. Our orders were always correct and while the drive thru was not the... fastest, the cashiers were always friendly. Until today. My husband and I order two items thru drive thru. A banana split and abutterfinger blizzard. Not only did they not add the banana split but they gave me a cookie dough blizzard. There's a bigdifference between cookie dough and butterfinger when entering a customer's order. My husband had to pay for his icecream at thewindow and I gave them back my blizzard so I could get the correct one. We were told to park to the side and wait, however therewas already a vehicle there so we pulled in front of the building. Apparently no one that works there could be bothered to checkoutside to see where we had parked since they decided to put our icecream in the freezer because they thought we had left AFTERPAYING for our order, twice at the window!. When I went into the building the manager was incredibly rude all while trying toput the blame on us, the customer as to why our order was not brought out to us. Not one single apology for the very poorservice we recieved! I highly recommend finding someplace else to buy icecream from! I added a picture of what is supposed tobe a banana split. Read more
