The customer service here is horrible. I ordered pizza today to be delivered for my kids. Got the pizza and there was no sauce... on it. I called to tell them the order was messed up and could they make it over. The guy otp was rude and told me he wouldn?tmake another because they go by what order was made online. Why would I order a pizza with no sauce?? I had a previous problemwith them messing up a delivery order after I waited over an hour for the pizza. I called that particular time to ask if theycan make it over and bring another one. He stated it would be over an hour before they could deliver. He refused to give me mymoney back which why not? You all messed up my food. I had to end up going up there to get another pizza and was still greetedwith an attitude about money I was spending. I refused to patronize them because of that incident. I only ordered today becauseof a last minute decision to order my kids food. When I called today the guy was rude again and refused to provide good customerservice. He even said ?oh yea I remember that order? and gave a rude remark about the last time I ordered and they messed it up.I went up to the establishment with the pizza and requested my money back. He refused and told me I was harassing him and calledthe police. I sat there and waited. Told the police my story. He even lied to the police and said this was my 4th time coming upthere and causing problems. Really?? I don?t care about patronizing a business a bunch of times that keeps messing up my orderand giving me attitude when I ask for a refund or for them to fix the problem. Very rude cancel your order. Gets made when you call back with a problem and will put you the do nor deliver list. You can ask... them for a name and number for the district manager they will say I don't have it or don't know it and will not give the numberout. You have to call another store for the number. The service there is extremely bad. The store needs a new crew and manager.You can call the 800 number and they will not do anything about it Read more
Quite possibly the rudest people I've ever encountered. Seemed to go out of his way to ignore me when I walked in, didn't greet... me and then proceeded to ignore me further while taking time to take labels off the printer and put them on boxes that couldhave clearly waited. Wouldn't even make eye contact with me. I simply asked for some napkins with the pizza. Was dismissed witha quick "we are out". Pffft... Glad I don't live here. Definitely won't order here again if I visit the area. Whoever the GM isfor this store/area needs to read this. Amazing how 60 seconds of "Non-Customer Service" can destroy your reputation. It wasblatantly obvious that this employee was annoyed by a customer's presence and in a non-verbal way, told me I wasn't welcomed andneeded to leave. You need to find a new line of work pal. Apparently the manager of this location is unaware of functioning store hours. If your listed as staying open until 1 AM on a... Saturday night then someone should be able to order a pizza at 11:45 without the app failing or calling the store and to havethe recording say you are closed. If you aren?t going to be open, just change your listed hours. Then people won?t be sittingaround thinking you all just went home early to wax your eyebrows. Read more
This place is ran very well. They will READ your feedback fast, and in the rare times that an order is messed up, they make it... right. The owner seems to care about this place and keeps it nice. A good domino's is always a awesome thing to have near you. Read more
