I can\'t get enough of this place! I\'ve been here 4 times in the past month and just want to keep coming back! The prices are a... little high but don\'t let that scare you. You are paying for the quality. Everything I\'ve had has been completely delicious.The meats are done perfect and they have great craft cocktails too. Nothing but friendly service. Great atmosphere. Okay so I know I am a little late on this one but if you don\'t have dinner plans or are wanting to plan a nice night out on the... town, go to Fusion Barbecue - Huntsville. It doesn\'t have a romantic setting but what it does have is some of the best Koreanfusion bbq you will ever have. Take it from my wife who hates most Asian food because of the soy and overall sweetness of thefood, everything we ordered was a hit for her.\n\nTo start out with, we both ordered a sweet tea. They brought out this coolbottle to refill our cups with at out leisure. Also, the wife said their tea was better than Jesus tea (Chick-fil-A) and I wouldhave to agree. It was the perfect mix of sweetness and tea flavor. Sooo good.\n\nFor an appetizer we ordered their BBQ WontonNachos and oh my goodness, the flavor was large and in charge as was the portion size. This could double as an entree on itsown. The wontons were light and crispy. The BBQ was perfectly seasoned and smoky. I wouldn\'t change a thing.\n\nThen comes thebig dog. Of course I had to order the beef rib. 2 lbs of melt in your mouth beef covered in their housemade sauce and 2 sideswhich I chose Smackn Cheese(mac n cheese) and fries. Their mac n cheese was cheesy and the cavatappi noodles grabbed the cheeseperfectly. Their wagyu fries were crispy and flavorful.\n\nThe wife ordered the Sriracha Panko Chicken Tenders with fries andthough the tenders didn\'t have much flavor, they were still enjoyable. The wife really likes their BBQ sauce and I tasted itand it was really good.\n\nWhile this meal was expensive, I can definitely see the reasoning for the price and will do it allagain. They have the best brussel sprout side! They must deep fry these, because it was so nice and crispy. I could never get my... Brussels as perfectly crisp without partially burning them. Lol! The hot honey sauce was really good on the sprouts. 5 starsjust for these! Lol!\n\nI got the smoked chicken thighs and it was pretty good. I usually like a subtle smoke, but I think Iwould have preferred these to have a more smokie flavor.\n\nFriends got sandwiches, they were both good. The Banh Mi was good,but didn\'t have very many pickled veggies they were a bit lost in the sandwich. Would have been better if you could taste theveggies and feel the crunch of them. Read more
The sandwiches were very tasty and fresh. The bread is just right, not too soft or too crunchy. Banh Mi had various sweet and... sour taste. Tho I would not recommend the bao bun of $14 with little ingredients and fatty meats. Read more

So for starters this is a “seat yourself” establishment. There is a bar. Now for the food, I had the Asian Bourbon ribs 1/2... rack and it came with two sides (I got macaroni and smoked sweet yam) The ribs were very juicy and delicious, and the macaroniwas about the best I’ve had at any restaurant. The smoked yam was good as well. Overall 10/10! Service was fast & friendly aswell! This is a must try! Read more
