Place is a mess! Very dirty.. extremely rude cashier. She claimed they have no fountain drinks, and no chicken nuggets. It was... pretty obvious she just didn't want to have to make anything. The lobby floor was sticky and looked like it hasn't been cleanedin weeks. Gross. People standing around waiting forever for food. Don't go here ???? Read more
I happened upon this store on my way from the Gulf Shore area, on my way home to Kentucky. I LOVE all the Jack?s I?ve been to,... and I?m actually mad at myself for not stopping at one sooner! We don?t have them anywhere near home! I will say, the drivethrough line was wrapped all around the restaurant? but that?s par for the course on a Sunday after church time...with abeautiful day to boot! Didn?t bother me to go in, where I was greeted right away/she took my order. I did wait a bit longerthan expected, but as you can see by my pics, it was WORTH IT!!! I love the food, and I WISH y?all would bring one toLouisville!! The burgers have delicious, soft, and buttered buns, with a nice helping of bacon ???? on them! Food was good. Came during lunch time but it wasn't overwhelmingly busy didn't get noticed for a solid minute. Got the chicken... finger dinner meal and take liked the chicken the fries had an interesting spice to it and the mashed potatoes were good. Read more
4/30/21 Tried it for a second time. I ordered a sausage biscuit add cheese. I had my order repeated to me at the drive through... AND at the window. Got my order....sausage biscuit NO CHEESE. Added egg. ALSO, we asked for Mayo and mustard. The man couldn?tremember if he put it in the bag, so he went to check and said ?it?s in the bag?.
