A recent lunch at this Jim 'N Nick's was very good. The cheese biscuits were hot and moist. I could have made a meal out of the... biscuits by themselves. I ordered a BBQ pork sandwich with fries and corn. The BBQ had good flavor, but a little dry. The cornwas one whole cob (it used to be a small cob in the past). The french fries were served very hot and without salt, asrequested. Two dining companions had a salad with pork. The salads were very fresh and the lettuce was very crispy. The porkwas the same as the sandwich?good flavor but a little dry. All of the servings were very generous in size. Our server,Crystal, did an excellent job. She was very personable, kept the iced tea glasses filled, kept us up to date on the cheesebiscuits that were not cooked yet, and was very knowledgeable about the menu. Read more

I'm pretty snobby when it comes to bbq places. This place has some things I enjoyed. All of the meat was super tender. The... little breadbmuffin things are really good too. I loved the potato salad. The Mac and cheese is like any other you can find atplaces like this. Few things I wasn't a huge fan of. The bbq sauce that comes on it wasn't to my taste. The coleslaw was justOK for me. Nothing special. The meat was a little less flavorful than I'm used to. Overall it isn't a bad place, but it doesn'tstand against any fast food bbq places I've had living in Oklahoma and close to Texas. Also our waiter was very nice. The ribs were excellent and the corn bread muffins were AMAZING! They add cheese and sugar to the corn bread making it sweet and... cheesy. The brisket was VERY dry. Whenever I put my fork into the brisket, it would break apart. I also liked the coleslaw. Theyadd enough mayo to offset the bitter taste of the vinegar. Read more
It is so frustrating to stop for quick dinner, pay full price, and receive the bottom of the barrel garbage. This should have... been thrown out. More than half the ?meat? on my sandwich was inedible. What was edible was bland and greasy. We did not receivethe deviled eggs we ask for three times when ordering. The macaroni and cheese was mushy and a bit on the dry side. One starsince my boyfriends brisket sandwich was decent, although it was also dry. Read more
First time at this location. Food was good. Service was great. Nathan did a great job taking care of us. The best part of the... whole meal was the tiny cornbread muffins. I would go back to that place just to get a huge basket of those. Read more
