Although our sandwiches were good, we ordered online for delivery and it took 1 1/2 hours for our food to be delivered. At an... hour we called the store to ask about our order when the order tracker had been saying out for delivery for almost 30 minutes(we live 5 minutes from the store). The young man who answered the phone said they had one delivery driver and he was out with 6orders to deliver. 30 minutes later we finally got our food. I order from my office sometimes, also about five minutes away andthe last few times either for time to deliver or quality of food, I have been disappointed. Read more
By far the worst Jimmy John's in town. Slow, slow, slow. The last several times I have placed an order it has taken up to 2 hrs... for delivery and an 1.5 hrs for pickup. I get people are possibly short staffed but for a place to have a slogan "Freaky Fast"this location is anything but. Read more
Ordered through DoorDash Wednesday 06/22/22 after 30mins we called the store and whomever answered said that the order was out... for delivery. After 45mins we called again and the person that answered the phone said that they don?t do deliveries, DoorDashdoes. 1hr goes by still no food so we drove to the store. The cashier says that the food was delivered to the door yet the ringcamera hasn?t shown any activity. The delivery driver claims he couldn?t see our address on the receipt but when I got a reprintat the store it clearly showed our apartment number. The manager had our food remade and we left. Quality of food, service, and general respect seems to vary with the crew on shift. Let's just focus on today though, let the... past be the past. A young male appearing worker with one long earring got incredibly rude and disrespectful over the phone. Uponarrival at the store, there's no manager, a middle aged lady was kind but protected the other worker who was mumbling undertheir breath, acting like a drama queen standing in the back ground. No idea the worker's name, no manager, no nothing, nocourse of action. Let's just reward treating people horribly! Won't be coming back, at one point this store was great andfreaky fast. Great fast service on a Tuesday evening, I regularly order from competitors of Jimmy John's but gave their Airport Road location... a try. Glad I did, was given a friendly greeting and helped through the menu by attentive staff. So fast that I almost didn'thave time to step out and take a photo of their outdoor seating, which is a nice touch these days. Will definitely be back! Read more
Always friendly staff! Edit Oct 2nd. - Well I don't know what happend, but the service has become questionable. There is an... older lady working there who makes you feel like you are a huge inconvenience. So far the only person who seems unfriendly. Butit's drastic and noticeable.
