The food was fresh and hot! The lady who was working the drive-thru was so nice and helpful. I wish I knew her name. She had... such a friendly smile. Good customer service I was just there for a doordash pickup
The staff at the 72 location displayed great customer service. I haven't been to KFC in atleast 12 years and decided to stop... over there. They spoke when we entered the establishment, patiently waited, took our order and had us on our way with food inhand in no time at all. Thanked us for visiting that location as well. I have visited many fast food locations in Huntsvilleand Madison. Almost everyone is rude, impatient and display no customer service at all. This happens in the stores as well. I'mfairly new to Huntsville and I am not sure customer service is taught. Maybe they can learn from the staff at KFC! Read more
The absolute best experience I've ever had at KFC. I got my food in less than 3 minutes from the time I ordered it. It was hot,... fresh, and absolutely amazing. I got exactly what I paid for and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a newlyrenovated KFC location and I will purposely drive out of my way to come here from now on!!! Read more

This place does not fill their dishes. Extra Crispy Chicken was Extra Dry
