The Red Light wasn't on but the expectation that the donuts will taste fresh is still there. This location has gone downhill on... the quality of the products they sell. The donuts were the worst I've had from KK. This place needs an overhaul of location,management, and quality of their foods. Read more

I?m not complaining about this place. It?s been great since 1923 when it was built (ok maybe 1960). But you would think the... largest city in the state might have a second and newer location. Specifically in south Huntsville so it?s more convenient tome! lol Does this one location have the franchise cornered?? PLEASE someone open another one!! Read more

They need faster lanes if they want to really sell donuts I can't sit in line for more than 8-10 mins I had to go to Dunkin... donuts it was a lot faster not as good but it was donuts and it was my day to buy. So they got what they got I didn't hear anycomplaints Read more

Store was somewhat clean & no other customers were there at all. They only had around 7 different donut types to choose from, so... the selection was lacking. The donuts are super basic. Nothing to really celebrate or crave. The "Kreme" tastes like plastic. Ifyou're absolutely dying for a donut, there's a 50/50 chance this place will suffice, but Daylight Donuts is ions better,fresher, more options, custom choices, and at a better price. I give Krispy Kreme 1star for the business being reasonably clean.Also, the boy behind the register was on the phone the entire time. Stood there a couple minutes staring at him and had to gethis attention to get my receipt after paying. I guess whatever was on his phone took precedent over the customer. Read more

Went through the drive thru last night and when I opened my box, there was a lone donut in it instead of the two that I had paid... for. I didn't get a receipt for some unknown reason, and although I've called repeatedly, nobody bothers to answer the phone.It's not a huge amount of money, but it's the principle of it that bugs me. As a retail business,shouldn't customer service be apriority? I'll take my business across the way to Dunkin from now on. Read more

The donuts can't be beat, but the customer service has been declining harshly over the past 2-3 years. We were told at the drive... thru to drive to the window or come inside. We stopped and got a half a dozen donuts. Whereas we sat in the lobby and ate one each my husband and I. We could hardly get it... down. So much icing was on the donuts that we couldn't eat one more. They were fresh off the line which was a plus however itwas so sweet it almost made you sick. Read more
