Ordered using the app. Gave me a code to use in the in-store kiosk when ready. Door was locked so had to walk around to the... drive thru window and talk over/through another vehicle to speak with the employee. Made the people in the car nervous that Iwas standing there. Got the pizzas and it was under cooked, chewy, and doughy. Not a great experience. Read more
Good pizza always hot ???? I never have to wait too long on my order!
Third time ordering the fanceroni and third time the order is not what the descriptions states: "over 100 pepperoni to the edge... of a caramelized crust" .... this time I counted 66 pepperoni and everything is even further from the crust than a regularpizza.. and absolutely no caramelization. Picture of what I got vs what it looks like as advertised is completely different.Also, make sure your team updates the tracker app when the order is ready.. waited 20 minutes after estimated time waiting fortracker to update and it never did. So when I picked it up, it was lukewarm. Do better to keep your costumers, there are 4 othercompeting pizza chains in the same vacinity that would happily sell me a quality product. Thank you. They never have the specialty hot and ready, HOT, AND READY! You always have to come back, while they make it! COME ON, I drive... 20 mins, to get there already! 3 stars because the have the best sauce and that location can't mess that, up, well, yet! Read more
What is the point in having a phone but never answering it? What is the point in trying to set up an online order for a certain... pickup time if it will never allow you? You literally can't get pizza from this location without going through the drive throughwhich is usually wrapped around the building. Read more
8/5/2022 I order online through the app and schedule a time to pick up at 6 pm. When I arrived at 6 pm, the drive thru line was... around the building and it moved very slow. I arrived at the window at about 6:15 pm. The person at the window says my orderwas not ready yet and just get in the drive thru line again. I could not do this because I need to pick up people from adifferent location. I was told my order would be ready when I returned. When I arrived back at about 6:45 pm, I went to thewindow and was told they had no record of the order. I asked for a refund. I was told the manager was on a different line andthey took my information. No one called me or told me I had received a refund. 8/6/2022 Still having heard nothing from theLittle Caesars, I drove to the location and asked about my refund and was told it has been processed and I would receive it intwo business day. Ordered a deep deep dish pepperoni. Not only was it not deep, but it only took up half the box. Maybe if people weren't in such... a rush to go home it would,have been made right. If the pizza comes in a square box it should be shaped square not oval.Horrible service. Read more
Used to be my favorite pizza place! The pizzas were awesome but that is gone now. I gave then one more chance and ordered online... and thought it was in the Portal so I could just walk in and get n it. Nope lobby is closed so the drive thru is only option nomatter if you ordered online or just rolled up the wait is the same! I will never go again! Read more
