It's where I always fuel up when I visit my relatives east of Huntsville. They even carry my favorite Proud Source Bottled... Water out of Florida. Food available, decent selection of snacks and beverages. Read more

Keara did not hesitate to help me during these hard times. I'm not a regular customer, but if the employees are trained well... like keara, I will stop by more often. Read more

Mapco has been my number one fuel stop since grand opening day. My little pet Pekingese, Roscoe and I are well known there since... we frequently stop in for anything we might be needing. All the employees are always very nice promoting a peaceful shoppingexperience and a speedy checkout. I have to give my little Roscoe most of the credit for making new friends, and eager to greeteveryone sending his love for extra attention. He puts a smile on everyone's face lifting their spirits and receives the highestcompliments on how adorable and well mannered he is. He and I are always together and he just loves going in stores. Walmart ishis favourite place to go, I can tell because when were at home all I have to do is say Roscoe ready to go for a ride ride, andhe perks up running to the door and back to me two or three times waiting for me to get up. Our good friend Martha that use towork there he really misses but she was relocated to the Madison store a few months ago. Were going to ride up there soon andspring a surprise visit, I know doing that would make her day. Read more

Smelled wonderful!!! You could smell the cleanliness when entering Mapco. The young guy working the night I visited Mapco is... very friendly and always seems to be happy with a smile on his face everytime I see him there. He is very polite with hiscustomers . I wish that every Mapco had employees that behaved like this with every customer that walked through their door. Ohand he seemed to enjoy working at Mapco on Hwy 53 that's always a good thing ????????????????????????????????????????????? Read more

This is one of the better Mapco locations as long as you don?t go during rush hour. The location is convenient, just be careful... when turning into it from Highway 72 on the leaving Huntsville side. Read more

As a mapco employee I just want to say we should go above and beyond to insure that our customers have a safe and clean... environment when they stop at our stores. The cleanness of the restrooms was unacceptable!!! And both cashiers had NO mask on asthis is a mapco Policy. We all need to insure the safety of our customers as well as our Team Members. Read more

We were on the way home from Huntsville to Auburn and were filling up the gas tank which was still about half way full. It was... me, my fiancee, and our chocolate lab. I told my fiancee to take my card, get everything set up with the pump and then goinside to get his road snacks while I stayed outside and kept an eye on the pump and our dog. I was sitting in the car gettingthings set up for the three and half hour ride home, keeping an ear out for the click the pump is supposed to make when the tankis full. Next thing I know, there is a frantic knocking on the window and another customer is letting me know that the pump hadnot automatically sensed the tank was full and there was gasoline spewing down the side of the car and across the pavement ofthe gas station. I jump out of the car, slipping on the spilled gas and nearly hitting my head on the car door, so I can removethe defective pump from the car. The car continues to leak gasoline while I try and flag down my fiancee and an associate whoare in the store. It takes three to five minutes to even get an associate out there and when she finally gets out there, shestarts screaming her head off to get our dog out of the vehicle. My fiancee goes to get the dog who ends up hurting her leg onthe way out of the vehicle. The associate has no idea what to do, so we have to wait on her to call someone else to tell herwhat to do while the car continues to leak gasoline. Eventually she just comes out with paper towels and pats the gas tanktrying to get it to stop leaking. That doesn't really help, the gas eventually stops leaking on its own. The associate islike, okay, that's about all we can do, and suggested we take the car to a car wash. We pull to a different pump so my fianceecan use the squeegee and some paper towels to try and clean up the side of his car. Meanwhile the same associate is trying totell us it is our fault and that the car is faulty and that is why the gas kept leaking when it wa Read more
