Ordered a giant dinosaur cookie cake for my friend?s baby shower and it was so cute! I was worried because I had to travel out... of town with it and pick it up a day before the shower but it was just as fresh as if it had been made earlier that day. We have used this location in the past and had a good experience. That is the only reason I am giving 1 star. The cookie cakes... are done on time and great. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this location because an employee was so rude to myhusband. We had an online order and the employee almost wouldn?t let us pickup because we picked up later than time it was done.I?ve never had this happen before. The door was open and they tried to kick him out. The website states it open at 10 onSaturday but apparently this location has a paper sign saying they don?t open until 11. I am hurt that someone could be so rude. Read more
Online ordering is awful. I ordered weeks in advance for my wife's birthday. 1. The called a day later to, rather curtly, ask... when I was planning to pick it up, it was ready and I was late. They misread the date and made it immediately instead of weekslater, when I indicated. Cleared that up. 2. A few days before the scheduled pickup, they called and said it had been canceled,the store was being remodeled. I asked why they took the order in the first place, and she said they weren't sure whenremodeling was going to start. Sounded like they accidentally took online orders for too long and made a mistake. My refund wasnot immediate and there was no offer to transfer the order to the nearest store. I understand it if they made a mistake, butit's not hard to offer to either transfer or do the leg work to help out. Read more
