Bought a double cheeseburger, large fries and medium iced coffee yesterday and received a burned burger with a small coffee and... I asked the lady at the McDonald?s to check the coffee because she gave me a small one and she insisted with an attitude thatshe gave me a medium. When I got home I started eating my burger and noticed it was so dry and that?s when I see that they gaveme a burned meat burger. This is the worst place to eat they make you wait more than 25 minutes just to give you incorrectorders and then argue about it. This McDonald's has really went downhill. You'll wait in the drive thru or the lobby for 20 minutes+. In the the lobby no one... cares how long you stand there waiting to order but you'll have a great view of a huge dude digging into his scalp anddreadlocks.. thenexamining what's under his fingernails. The iced coffee is always great. Good deals on the mobile app. This location seems to be always quick during the morning time... rush. Employees are always friendly as well. One of my more favorite locations. Read more
This location used to be open until 1:00 a.m. I was there at 12:30 and they were closed. It can't be that hard to ensure that... the cheese is actually on the sandwich. The place wasn't even busy when I bought this - see photo. I had to lower my rating forthis one. I bumped up my rating to 5, because the last few visits were efficient, accurate and friendly - even when they werevery busy. I am sure it is difficult to keep things flowing smoothly at a busy place like this, only skilled management couldmake it look so easy from a customers viewpoint. Read more

This specific McDonald?s store is such a screw up. Every single time I go they screw up something in the order. This morning I... ordered a big breakfast for my grandkids and they left out the hot cakes. That was the main item they wanted. They really needto get it together and provide better service. If I could I would give negative stars. I have a damaged vocal cord from being taken off a ventilator and was made fun of by the... drive thru personal.
