Waited 25 minutes in an extremely slow drive through line, finally got up to order and the employee states ?Welcome to... McDonalds, we?re only taking cash.? They seriously couldn?t be bothered to put a sign out or something for their wrap aroundline of cars to know if they didn?t have cash that they couldn?t order anything?! Also the employee could have at least offeredan apology, how about ?Welcome to McDonalds, sorry about the wait, I apologize we?re only taking cash orders right now. Wouldyou like to place an order?? I ordered something fairly simple and waited about 15-20 minutes to get my food. I didn?t mind the wait because I understand how... it is. After getting my food I realized that I had a drink missing and asked them about it. I was immediately told BY A MANAGERthat I never ordered it and they never went to check. I then went to the register and asked for my receipt and was told that itwasn?t possible to get a receipt? I work in fast food and also have worked in this store previously, so this is what reallyupset me. I waited for another manager to come up and got their attention about my order. They immediately got me a receipt,which showed I did order the drink that I was denied, and was given a refund. This might be the only reason I don?t give thisstore one star. I feel bad for the manager that helped me because the rest of the store did not seem to care. They were juststanding around for the most part while he was running around. Always the SLOWEST service. Don't go if you're in a hurry! You have to use the kiosk because no one will take your order at th... register, they literally ignore you. Dining room is always freezing and filthy. Have to clean off your seat and table beforeeating... better yet, don't eat inside , just go through the "15-minute-wait" drive thru . Read more
It's been a long time since I've been to McDonald's due to bad experiences every time, no matter which one I go to. I try to... give them a chance once a year, so I made a mobile order through the app. When I went to pick it up at the one on University inHuntsville AL, I waited 20 minutes at the pick up number after checking in. Then the app thanked me for coming and to enjoy mymeal. Obvious Confusion... They gave my $15 order to the family next to me. The driver even WALKED up to the drive-thru windowand complained that there wasn't any french fries in the bag. NO S**T! IT'S NOT YOUR ORDER!!! That was their last chance. Asked the Manager today for fresh fries ???? Had to deal with her telling me they were fresh and pulled me up in the... line..Luckily an employee noticed how long I was sitting here and asked me if I had an order..I knew I wasn?t priority to thismanager and her having a bad day!
