The food was good and tasteful. The service was not great. We had no napkins or silverware when we were seated. We had to ask... for some AFTER we got our apps. One of our entrees has a long piece of plastic on top of it. The manager was quick to apologizeand comp it but if the server was paying just a little bit of attention he would have noticed all these things. Not to mentionmy alcohol was not brought out till after my app came out which itself took awhile. We personally will not be back. To spendthis kind of money I would expect just a little better service and attention. Small, independents are far better and cheaperright now. Read more
Save the cash and go to 88 Buffet. Please don't read that as an endorsement of 88 Buffet, but, rather an indictment on PF... Changs. It's disgusting to pay $100 for dinner for two, with drinks, and be left feeling like you would have been happier at abuffet. Very very disappointed. Read more
Don’t let the picture fool you. The food was terrible. The “honey chicken”, tasted like pure salt and vinegar. The rice... was very bland. The host was very unwelcoming and rude. My only compliment to this place is, our server was very friendly. Waytoo overpriced. The frozen meals at Walmart are better than here. Read more
Update of my previous 1 star review. After being asked to contact customer service, we decided to give this location anothet... chance. And I'm glad we did. The wait wasn't too long and Celeste was a wonderful server, friendly and personable. The food wasdelicious, and the drinks were refreshing. Will return. Read more
I have only done take out via Uber Eats from this location. Every time has been consistent, and fairly reasonable delivery... times. I always get the lettuce wraps and Brussels sprouts as appetizers , and have tried most of the entrees (at otherlocations as well). My favorites are the king pao, ginger chicken, and orange chicken. Make sure you go at lunch time you can get get a chicken and fried rice ???? bowl for like $12 bucks or $11 bucks for white... rice! Everything was great we got spring rolls and egg rolls. I also order a kids chicken lo mein it came with fruit. Kids mealare cheap too like $6 bucks. I love ?? the orange and sweet and sour chicken those are a must when eating here!! Read more
There's such great service here! The wait time was minimal and despite a long wait time for food the staff was accommodating and... efficient at overcoming the delays in service. We had a great time! The waiter was superb!!The food was awesome. We all purchased separate dishes and samples or of each one.... My favorite was the Mongolian chicken and the honey chicken. 4 stars bc of the prices are a bit much in my opinion. Read more
