I got sick after eating here. I have eaten there before with no problem so things happen I get that but never again
Bad customer service! When I came in and take my order, they said someone else already took my order and just ignore me. Our last visit to Panda Express on University was actually today September 20th 2022 the food as always was excellent and good... looking conditions the restaurant was in good condition customer service was on point and amazing I love it when they greet youwith a smile and lets me know that they acknowledge you and appreciate you and I truly appreciate their services I wouldrecommend this place to anyone that loves Panda Express the way me and my family do. Food is good. I just got home with my food I asked for beef and broccoli. The girl literally put one piece of beef on the bottom... of the plate and eight pieces of big broccoli on top of it. And it's not even a large piece of beef it's a small littlebite-sized piece of beef and a pile of broccoli. Not sure if she is new and has not a clue of how to make a plate but I askedfor beef and broccoli not broccoli and a bite size piece of beef. Read more
This may be the worst meal I have ever eaten. I'm not sure if the fried rice was not cooked enough or cooked way too long, but... it was crunchy and had no flavor. Hardly got any of the entree meat, just nasty rice. Read more
Every single time my husband and I come to this location, they are always out of this, this and this! It?s so annoying.... Supposedly, they close at 8:30p, but it?s like they close at 7:40 or so. Please, chance the time if you will be out of foot soearly. There is something off with this location, the quality is not the same!!! The foot looks different and nothing like theother ones. Not allowing taste samples of entre items any more. That is very discouraging when items are so many to choose. Who wants to... waste ten dollars for a meal and possibly not like the taste. Read more
