?? Only entrance is through the MAIN entrance of the hospital. JUST came for coffee but had also read the abysmal reviews and... wanted to visit for myself. Brittany helped me and even got a pot of decaf going (to make me a half-caf) when I told her it wasgone. Beautiful venue with a spacious, bright atmosphere, plenty of seating (especially high seats/tables). Since I didn't tryanything beyond coffee, just 4 ? this visit. Read more
Location is amazing for hsv hospital friends and family that have loved ones that are not well. Would appreciate a little... attention to detail. If you frequent a Panera you know your order is pretty spot on, at other locations. This location takesshort cuts. For instance when you order something toasted it should be. I asked about a toaster so I could do it my self and theemployee says we don't but you could use the microwave. Not the same. When you are going thru a trying time I know this seemspetty but sometimes just a good toasted bagel without frozen butter would have been the answer. I won't be back. Ordered a 1/2 steak and cheese with cup of soup from hospital room and went downstairs to pick it up. It was ready within 2... minutes of our arrival. It was hot and soup was fine. That sandwich, however, was pitiful. Unable to call or go back down due toillness of loved one. Read more
I just recently found out about Panera bread after I had a heart attack and looked for better options. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this... place!!! I got the tuna sandwich the first time and everytime since also the broccoli cheddar soup. I'm stuck on both. Thelocation is beautiful and has a variety of sections for seating.
